Serious Sam VR: Arcade

Serious Sam VR: Arcade is a brand new version of Serious Sam VR: The Last Hope designed for location-based enjoyment in public arcades, VR parks, VR cafes etc. The game is activated through a renewable license you can obtain here.

License owners are able to start The Last Hope in Arcade Mode and configure the game according to their specific needs and desired experience.

Arcade Launcher interface

A detailed Arcade launcher allows the operator to control all aspects of the game, including game modes, episodes, waves, timers, difficulties as well as blood and gore.

Once the game has started the operator is able to track player’s progress (e.g. remaining time) and control the game: give all weapons, turn on god mode and infinite ammo, kill all enemies or end the game at any point.

The Arcade Launcher enables operators to remotely configure one or two machines, starting either single-player or multiplayer sessions. Configurations are easily saved and restored after Arcade Launcher is restarted.

For the operator to be able to remotely start and control the game, the target machine that runs a game has to start Arcade Launcher and turn on “Enable remote control” checkbox. This will start a service that will wait for signal from remote computer to start a game). Unchecking this flag will remove the service from the system.

Peripheral Support

Serious Sam VR: Arcade includes support for VR peripheral like guns, riffles, and miniguns, all configurable through a simple calibration menu.

To setup peripherals, launch in-game menu, select “Options” and then “VR Peripherals”.
